This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You will lead the people strategy across the entire Dawsongroup business, working closely with the Group CEO and senior stakeholders. Your focus will be on performance, leadership and culture, ensuring our people practices drive commercial results while staying true to our values.
- Shape and deliver a high-impact group-wide people strategy
- Lead transformation programmes across leadership, engagement and performance
- Act as a key advisor to the Group Board, MDs and senior leaders
- Guide a talented People team across HR, L&D, talent and operations
- Oversee strategic initiatives including succession planning and appraisal reform
About You
You are a senior people leader who can influence at board level and build trust across the business. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You care about people, but you are also commercially aware and driven by outcomes.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a People Director, CPO or equivalent role
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or educated to degree level
- Ideally from a multi-site or operational background, though not essential
- Strong communicator with a clear, credible leadership style
- Passionate about driving culture, values and performance through people
