Consultant
Principal duties/requirements:
- Client service: Builds and maintains excellent relationships with clients, providing ongoing consultation and counsel with the support of Arc Bio Partners. Owns and takes responsibility for allocated client projects, both internally and externally. Participates actively in client briefings and presentations, contributing to profitable delivery and development of client accounts. Develops strong scientific, creative, and commercial strategies aligned with client objectives, viewing client challenges as unique and collaborative. Creates robust, evidence-based solutions that are rigorous and relevant. Ensures delivery of high-quality, client-ready work efficiently and on time. Builds enduring relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. Prioritises high standards of delivery and client service, reflecting positively on personal and company reputation.
- Project Management: Demonstrates effective system, process, and time management, with accurate project planning. Produces precise cost estimates and manages budgets carefully, keeping clients and teams informed of potential overspends. Ensures financial management aligns with agency procedures, explaining expenditures to clients before approval. Adheres to regulatory and compliance standards, minimising risks. Maintains high standards of quality, strategic thinking, and accuracy. Competently uses all in-house software and platforms.
