The role is based in our South East region, covering accounts in North and West London, Reading, Oxford and Bedford. What will you be doing? Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Beyond that it’s about developing a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service keeping our customers and patients at the centre of what we do. This role will work with our Sports Medicine customers, working with them to ensure that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.
What does success look like? Success in the role will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers! It’s the ability to take strategic responsibility for your area, working with your customers to deliver for our patients. In turn, we expect such strategic relationships to maximise sales revenue across the geography; this will likely impact on existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Experience developing and managing complex accounts in the medical device industry.
- Strong relationship building skills with clinical and non-clinical partners.
- Strong business development background - with experience identifying and winning new accounts within an NHS/private hospital environment.
- Ability to continuously stay up-to-date with all NHS developments.
- Think like a business owner - assess their territory and the relevant franchise market to identify emerging trends and movements within the market.
- Valid UK Driving License.
