The Role
Insurtech Insights is seeking a talented Head of Graphics to join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering creative output based on concepts and briefs from the marketing team. The individual will communicate with marketing and content teams to produce top-quality work. Responsibilities include creating banner ads, social media posts, EDM designs, illustrations, and animations, while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
What We Expect from You
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques and share knowledge with the team
- Strong visual, interactive, and graphic design skills
- Ability to approach briefs with a conceptual mindset
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion and curiosity about the latest design innovations
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Agency experience is a plus
