We are looking for a strategic, data-savvy Paid Social Manager to scale our paid acquisition efforts. You will join our existing team of channel managers, owning a channel and bringing fresh experience and perspective to the team. You should show high drive, strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable manipulating data and using SQL to uncover the insights you need. You will work closely with our creative, data, product, and growth teams to drive consistent, sustainable user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of channels: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple paid social platforms, handling creative testing, optimisations, reporting, and innovation.
- Enthusiastic optimiser: Continuously test and refine campaigns, strategies, and creatives to maximise volume and minimise cost.
- Project Management: Lead initiatives like landing page experiments and new channel launches.
- Reporting and analysis: Own performance reporting for your channel, comfortable digging into data, understanding trends, and clearly communicating results.
- 3-4 years managing paid social for a B2C business or agency, preferably in a mobile/app first company and in the finance vertical.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely across creative and analytical teams to create marketing that grabs attention and delivers the highest performance.
- Good analytical skills, an ability to deliver clear reporting and develop actionable insights.
