THE ROLE: Overall you will support agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments,and ensuring adherence to agile principles. This includes: Working with product development, compliance, operations, development, testing and marketing teams Monitor and assess release performance, communicate insights, plans and progress Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Professional experience as a Junior Scrum Master, managing 2 projects simultaneously Experience delivering project scope documents and functional requirements Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects Strong planning and organisational skills SALARY & BENEFITS: £35,000, depending on experience 25 days holiday + public holidays Private health insurance Pension Company sick pay WHAT YOU’LL GAIN: Clearly defined career path Structured training with the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge
