We are looking for Generator Service Technicians to join our client's busy service team in Solihull. As a Generator Service Technician, you will play an integral role within the service team, assisting in the delivery of on-site activities. You must be able to work independently or as part of a team to meet customer expectations and achieve company goals.

Requirements & Responsibilities
- Perform generator servicing, including oil and filter changes, and sampling of oil, fuel, and coolant.
- Conduct load bank testing on customer-owned generator units.
- Accurately fault find and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Work on a range of generator/engine brands including Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar, John Deere, Volvo, Scania, Iveco, and Dorman.
- Work independently on engines from 2kVA to 2.5mVA.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have prior experience in the generator industry or similar field.
- Support colleagues and work as part of a team.
- Be flexible and self-motivated, willing to undertake training that may require staying away from home.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Exhibit effective planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Hold a valid driving licence with no more than 6 points.
