Role Overview
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Employability Caseworker to join our Employability team in Middlesbrough, until the 31st March 2026 on an 18.5 hour contract.

Key Responsibilities
- You’ll manage your own caseload of participants and support them through the process from first contact.
- You’ll promote our employability service to enhance our offering to participants.
- You’ll be generating referrals in our local neighbourhoods and supporting our customers.
About You
- You’ll be comfortable engaging with participants in various ways such as group sessions and one on one support.
- You’ll be comfortable prioritising your time to effectively manage your caseload.
- We require the successful candidate to hold an IAG Level 3 Diploma or be willing to work towards it.
