Pay Rate: £12.88 per hour

Role Overview: As a Trainee Senior Care Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing your skills and progressing to a senior role
- Assisting with daily activities of living and personal care
- Creating a warm, supportive environment for residents
Main Duties:
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate personalised care
- Administering medication in line with prescribed requirements
- Lead, supervise, support, and develop the care team
- Communicate effectively with external professionals, residents, and relatives
- Implement personalised care plans tailored to each resident's needs
- Provide specialised care and support for residents living with dementia

- Previous experience in social care
