The Position: We are looking for compassionate Care Assistants to deliver person-centered care and help our clients live independent and fulfilling lives in their own homes in the Colchester area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support.
- Assist with moving and handling.
- Manage continence care.
- Perform cooking and housekeeping tasks.
- Offer companionship and administer medication.
