This includes overseeing projects such as door and window renewals, electrical rewires, roofing works, and servicing programmes. In this role, you will: Ensure contracts are delivered to agreed specifications. Analyse trends, monitor tasks and customer interactions, and oversee works orders through to completion. Manage payments and lead operational meetings with clear outcomes. Provide insightful reports to senior management and contribute to governance. This position offers the chance to make a tangible impact, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction across key projects.
