As the National Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers across Ireland. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies and growth within the area, as well as helping our team build strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with sales experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a good understanding of the Irish markets that we operate in.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work alongside the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies to assist the company in its overall growth plans.
- Lead and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, including setting sales targets and providing coaching and guidance to achieve strategic goals.
- Regularly analyse market data and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, to include key stakeholders across the business.
- Carry out regular quarterly review meetings with our customers.
- Regularly analyse sales data and prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
SKILLS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in a similar role within the bathroom industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer behaviours.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Flexible to travel across Ireland and GB.
- Full Driving Licence.
