We are seeking candidates with at least 2+ years of experience in the Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, particularly within food, drinks, or related sectors. The role involves working for a world-class beverage brand on a 12-hour shift schedule.
Shift Details:
- Commute to Runcorn for shifts from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am.
- Initial training wage of £12.60 per hour, with progression based on skills and sign-off after 5-8 weeks.
- Post-training salary of £22.86 per hour, increasing to approximately £1097 per week after passing and working a 4-day week.
- Overtime rates are £29.92 and £34.31 per hour.
Requirements:
- Current RTITB FLT License or willingness to complete a refresher course.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control checks.
- Computer literacy to follow MES processes.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
- Excellent concentration, teamwork skills, and troubleshooting ability.
- Adherence to safety and quality standards.
Additional Information:
- The initial contract is for 3 months, with potential for ongoing work for high performers.
