Calling experienced Production operators and Process operators within the food and beverage industry.

Job Overview

We are seeking candidates with at least 2+ years of experience in the Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, particularly within food, drinks, or related sectors. The role involves working for a world-class beverage brand on a 12-hour shift schedule.

Shift Details

1. Commute to Runcorn for shifts from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am.
2. Initial training wage of £12.60 per hour, with progression based on skills and sign-off after 5-8 weeks.
3. Post-training salary of £22.86 per hour, increasing to approximately £1097 per week after passing and working a 4-day week. Overtime rates are £29.92 and £34.31 per hour.

Requirements

• Current RTITB FLT License or willingness to complete a refresher course.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control checks.
• Computer literacy to follow MES processes.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Excellent concentration, teamwork skills, and troubleshooting ability.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards.

Additional Information

The initial contract is for 3 months, with potential for ongoing work for high performers. Punctuality and attendance are crucial.

Shift schedule: 12-hour days, Monday to Sunday, with a minimum of 4 days per week, typically earning between 48 to 60 hours weekly.
