This leading Regional Law firm are seeking an Employment Legal Director or Partner to join their team, near Watford. A brilliant Managing Partner is at the helm, with exciting growth plans! With multiple offices across London & South East, they have an established profile – but are known for being an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking outfit, offering the best of both worlds. Elsewhere, they are highly ranked in L500 across their core practice groups – with the investment to relocate this success from this location also.

This firm deals with the same quality of work associated with that of Top 200 UK & Larger National practices. They have a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and friendly culture; you will have lots of autonomy to make the role your own with full support from the firm’s Partners, wider management & pool of Associates. Recently the practice have attracted Lawyers out of their direct competitors and is continuing to expand. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join this thriving firm.

Employment is an essential practice group for the firm, working in synergy with the Business Services & Disputes Group – that advises Individuals & SMEs, OMBs across London, Home Counties, and broader regions also; alongside International Corporations. This is an interesting opportunity to lead on the build-out of the regional Employment Client offering, as part of an award-winning team. There is internally referred work from their wider practice groups. However, the firm are seeking an individual with local (Herts, Bucks, Greater London) and/or National and/or London contacts – which will form the foundation of this offering. Realistic & flexible requirements around the value of this network, as they are seeking an LD or Partner to be with the firm long term, playing a pivotal role in the Employment Group.

Requirements:

  • You will be an experienced Employment Lawyer (8PQE+)
  • You should have good experience of dealing with a range of Non-Con & Litigious matters
  • Experience of Business Development
