Your Role
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and inspire ecologists, fostering excellence and professional growth. Ensure high-quality work aligned with SES standards.
- Work Winning & Client Development: Drive business growth by securing contracts and maintaining client relationships with tailored ecological solutions.
- Strategic Oversight: Oversee diverse projects, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery, leading assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Represent SES industry-wide, sharing insights and developing best practices.

What We Offer
