Your Role
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and inspire ecologists, fostering excellence and professional growth. Ensure high-quality work aligned with SES standards.
- Work Winning & Client Development: Drive business growth by securing contracts and maintaining client relationships with tailored ecological solutions.
- Strategic Oversight: Oversee diverse projects, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery, leading assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Represent SES industry-wide, sharing insights and developing best practices.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet legislation and standards, maintaining SES's reputation.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with other departments for integrated solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in ecology or related field with substantial consultancy experience.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and projects, and business development skills.

What We Offer
