Will be part of CSS EMEA Operations organization 2-3 days per week required in London and/or Reading offices.
Main responsibilities:
- Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives.
- Provides business practices and processes.
- Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
- Serves as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Collects, inputs, verifies, corrects, and analyzes data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives.
- Provides updates to management regarding budget and forecast deviations and opportunities.
- Informs management of economic impact and compliance issues related to key business decisions or deals.
- Communicates Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitors processes and approvals for full compliance.
- Drives the implementation of new processes and procedures.
