Our client, a distinguished law firm, ranked in the Top 500 and holding numerous prestigious accreditations in recognition of their exceptional legal advice, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their well-respected Insolvency team.
Working on a diverse array of high-quality non-contentious advisory tasks and contentious insolvency disputes, the firm holds an extensive client base of Insolvency Practitioners throughout the North West. The successful Paralegal will support senior fee earners and partners on a varied Insolvency and Debt Recovery caseload.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
- Assisting with case management, court bundles, and filings
- Liaising with clients and external parties
- Maintaining accurate files and records in accordance with internal systems and managing deadlines
