Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are pleased to be working with one of the areas established Chartered Accountancy firms to recruit a Private Client Tax Manager. Reporting to a Private Client Tax Manager, you will have responsibility for the service delivery and management of a tax team and portfolio of clients.
- Meeting personal and team targets
- Meet KPIs
- Forecasting and planning workflow
- Oversee training and provide support for less experienced staff members
The client portfolio would be a mixed one covering business owners, property investors, HNWI and UHNW families, trusts and estates.
Key responsibilities:- To oversee efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Act as point of contact for the portfolio allocated
- Annual client reviews to assess fees, services needed and tax planning
- Control budgets, chargeable hours and recoverability for the portfolio allocated including apprentices
- Organise and monitor workflow
- Motivate, mentor and encourage all team members to reach their potential
- Acting as a company Ambassador and actively promote services to existing and potential clients across all services
You will need to be qualified ATT or CTA with previous tax experience within an accountancy practice, have a strong client service approach and previous management experience. You will also need to have excellent communication and IT skills and be very self-motivated.
