Your Role
As part of the Customer Service Team at Customer Logistics, your responsibilities include processing customer orders accurately and on time, dealing with diverse clients such as grocers, wholesalers, and retailers, and supporting operational processes to meet cost and service metrics while delighting customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Process sales orders via SAP to meet customer requirements.
- Manage customer concerns and complaints, analyze trends, develop corrective actions, and communicate progress.
- Handle delivery issues by liaising with customers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
