We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate (CLA) Social Worker to join the dedicated Children’s Services team in Southend-on-Sea. In this vital role, you will work with children and young people who are in the care of the local authority, ensuring their safety, well-being, and positive outcomes for their futures. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of looked after children
- Conduct statutory visits, reviews, and assessments
- Develop and review care plans in line with the child’s best interests

- Prepare and present reports for Looked After Children (LAC) reviews and court proceedings where applicable
