The HVAC Dispatcher will provide dispatching support for HVAC Installers/Technicians and Plumbers. Must have experience dispatching in the same or similar background. Additional duties include answering a large amount of telephone calls, scheduling preventative maintenance work, and return goods functions. May also include purchasing and buying install and repair equipment and parts. Will work with large amounts of paperwork and some company and scheduling software systems. Very fast-paced and busy environment.
Requirements include:

- Current, valid PA driver's license
- Diploma or GED
Due to the large amount of telephone work, you must be well-versed in telephone etiquette. Also need to possess the ability to work with and around an assortment of varied personality types.
