Project Manager \\nLondon \\nConstruction Consultancy \\nSalary up to £55k! \\n\\nI'm working with a highly respected, growing construction consultancy that's looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their talented team in London. You will be delivering a range of exciting projects – from big commercial developments to student accommodation and residential schemes – and will be liaising with a diverse range of high-profile clients, the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge.

\\n\\nWith an open culture, and a strong project pipeline, this is a great time to join a company that will put you and your goals first, whether you're wanting to challenge yourself on different projects, progress up to more senior level roles or join a company that focuses on a good work – life balance, you can ensure you will be valued here. \\n\\nResponsibilities as the Project Manager:\\n\\nProvide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.\\nAdvise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues.\\nLead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.\\nProduce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.\\nImplement effective and efficient communication tools.\\nDevelop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.\\nChallenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.\\nConstantly pursue performance improvement.\\nRequirements as the Project Manager:\\n\\nDegree qualified in project management or another construction related field.\\nHold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS or similar.\\nExperience in leading and managing a diverse range of projects throughout its lifecycle.\\nExperience in the adoption and management best practice Project Management techniques.\\nCommercial or developer experience would be ideal.\\nKnowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.Sound interesting?
