Property Sales opener - Central London East EC3N

A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Opener to join our national home buying company based in Liverpool Street, EC3N. Property sales experience is essential, along with charisma, determination, energy, and an outgoing personality to succeed in this role. As a Sales Opener, you will confidently handle client interactions across various properties, primarily answering warm inbound calls from potential clients looking to sell their homes or investment properties. You should be capable of building long-term relationships with clients, listening to their needs, assessing their motivation, and working diligently towards targets. Being a strong team player is also important. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering warm inbound calls Creating online property valuations Identifying client needs and motivations Collaborating closely with senior sales staff Handling over 100 calls a day Maintaining regular contact with clients Discussing financial and legal matters related to sales Guiding clients through the sales process Contributing to the smooth daily operation of the branch Maintaining excellent administration skills and proficient use of agency software systems The successful candidate will possess the following skills: Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in sales Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly Enjoy working in a team environment Motivated to progress and challenge oneself continually Experience is advantageous but not essential Excellent telephone manners Proficient IT skills Problem-solving mindset This Sales Opener role offers long-term career prospects and is located in the vibrant heart of Central London, providing a fantastic working environment.
