Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Align with sponsors' expectations—pre- and post-sale—to ensure the sales process is feasible and deliverable.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after contract signing, from initial planning through event delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM system.
- Provide daily support to sponsors to facilitate their registration through our internal management systems.
- Help build an internal knowledge base and assist with onboarding new clients.
- Collect client feedback post-event to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
