An award-winning interior design firm in SW London is looking for an Executive Assistant to support one of their most Senior Individuals. This is an extremely high-end and reputable company that prides itself on its supportive, cohesive, and fun culture. The company really looks after their staff and as a result, have an extremely low turnover. The company offers great perks and there is plenty of room for progression and development for hard-working, talented individuals that prove themselves. The role is based in stunning offices (4 days a week in the office, 1 day WFH post probation).
This varied and fast-paced role will be providing Business and some private support to an exceptionally busy, industry-renowned, and inspiring creative genius. The role will also involve providing ad-hoc EA support to other Directors in the firm.
EA duties will include, but not limited to:
- Gatekeeping on behalf of your boss and other Directors
- Diary and email management
- Meeting coordination
- Itineraries and travel arrangements (business and personal)
- Attending meetings to take notes
- Liaising with journalists/PR team
- Arranging documents and logistics for external talks/events
- Event admin – guest lists, invitations, event planning
- Arranging internal meetings – catch-ups
- Expenses
- Preparing weekly timesheets
- Organise Directors ‘away day’
- Lifestyle support- appointments, personal travel, family stuff
- Adhoc administrative support to Head of Business Development
