This role offers the unparalleled opportunity for the successful candidates to be involved with many exciting growth areas within Accenture and to work at the heart of the business of Accenture's largest clients across the Resources industries. You will be joining a recognised Consulting leader within the Resources industry.
You will work within the Resources client group within the client account leadership track, shaping and delivering work across a variety of business challenges and technologies at our Resources clients.
What responsibilities will you have?
- Originate, own and grow relationships with clients within Resources portfolio.
- Work with client and Accenture teams to help capture, define and deliver large transformational changes for our clients.
- Work with Services to define and create industry leading solutions to help clients pivot towards new business opportunities.
- Mobilise and manage blended workforces across Services to deliver from conception, end to end project lifecycles.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business context, technology and functionality that surrounds your engagement.
- Lead a team of analysts, junior consultants, third parties and clients as required, following a structured delivery methodology.
- Build and maintain key client relationships and grow a team of individuals underneath you.

- Knowledge of the Resources industries, with a passion for not just technology but the business change and value it underpins.
- A track record in one or more of these areas: Business Change, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Business Design, Systems Integration, Customer experience, Project/Workstream delivery leadership, Origination and relationship based sales.
- A level of experience in one or more traditional core offerings (change, analytics, cloud, data, AI, digital transformation, customer experience) with a Resources industry insight.
- Experience of several stages in lifecycle of a project or programme delivery, from conception to implementation.
