What You Will Do
You will play a key role in optimizing and scaling our partnership strategy. With a strong global presence and an established customer base, the company leverages strategic partnerships to expand its reach and drive growth. You will streamline existing processes, collaborate with GTM teams, and develop initiatives to transition from fulfilment to value-adding partnerships, ultimately driving revenue and maximizing the impact of our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Partnership Strategy – Strengthen and expand our partnership ecosystem to drive growth.
- Activate & Enable Partners – Develop and manage a structured program for recruiting, enablement, and deal support.
- Boost Partner Sales – Shift from passive to active partnerships, increasing revenue impact.
- Streamline Processes – Improve efficiency in how we collaborate with GTM teams and partners.
- Data-Driven Approach – Leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership initiatives.
You will be great for this position if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or account management in a software or tech company, ideally in a startup or growth environment.
- Prior exposure to the reseller/distributor space, with experience navigating complex partner ecosystems.
- A proven track record of building and executing partnership programs, with a history of exceeding targets (100%+ quota achievement).
- A data-driven, proactive, and hands-on approach.
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A self-starter mentality with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach.io) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
