We are strengthening the retail ecosystem by building a platform for insights, inspiration, and networking, connecting more than 3,000 leaders yearly from over 15 countries. Retail Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. To date, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities
Your tasks will mainly include:
- Email marketing: Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimization for newsletters, product updates, and promotions.
- Social media management: Grow our LinkedIn presence, experiment with content formats, and help expand to YouTube and Twitter.
- Graphic design: Maintain our visual identity across channels, with training provided if needed.
- Website: Design, SEO, UX optimization, and new format development.
- Analytics: Measure performance and improve KPIs.
- Paid advertising: Manage PPC campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to share content and update on brand progress.
What we expect from you
No prior experience is required as training will be provided. However, candidates must have a UK work permit and a university qualification (bachelor’s or master’s degree or in progress). We seek candidates who:
