Müller has been a loved brand in the UK for over 30 years, consistently growing and innovating. We are currently seeking an In-House Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors for a fixed term of 6-12 months at Market Drayton.

Your challenge as the In-House Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors:

  • Support the global implementation and ongoing development of SAP SuccessFactors in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Configure, support, and monitor SAP SuccessFactors HR systems, providing support during operations, data handling, and configuration updates.
  • Advise departments on best practices, conduct workshops, and train key users.
  • Create concepts, specifications, and oversee implementation, testing, and documentation.
  • Analyze processes for optimization and improve user-friendliness of applications.
  • Manage upcoming release changes to ensure smooth implementation.

Key skills & experience:

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field; or relevant training and qualifications.
  • Several years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, especially Employee Central and other modules; interface experience is a plus.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Platform or Employee Central Core certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work on multiple projects with stakeholders.
