As part of our growth, NTT DATA is recruiting a Senior Data Migration Consultant to join our team as soon as possible. Reporting to a Data Team Manager, you will lead or participate in Data Migration Projects across various engagements, working with pre-sales and delivery teams to advise customers on data management, tools, technologies, and processes. Previous experience in Data Migration and SAP data migration across various technologies is mandatory. The role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to NTT DATA offices and client sites as needed.
Objectives:
- Engage in Data Migration projects, covering the full ETL process from assessment to Post GoLive support.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations throughout all project phases.
- Support capability development by improving methodologies and providing feedback on proprietary data tools.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
- Become a Natuvion DCS technology champion through dedicated training.
Experience & Background:
- Experience with SAP data migration tools (e.g., Migration Cockpit, Data Services, LSMW).
- Experience with selective data transition tools and ABAP development is beneficial.
- Knowledge of data archiving and Master Data Governance tools (e.g., MDG).
- Experience with non-SAP data models, pre-sales, and team coaching is advantageous.
- Experience working with third-party Data Management software and global teams.
- Strong personal responsibility, autonomy, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP Activate methodology is preferred.
- Leadership in multiple SAP ERP transformation projects and risk management skills.
