As a key member of the Global Clinical Trial Services team, Regeneron is now looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Health Technologies , who will lead the implementation of digital tools & technologies in clinical research studies.

Position: Senior Manager, Digital Health Technologies – Office Based – Uxbridge, London
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Implement and coordinate digital tools and technologies (e.g., eCOA, eConsent, wearables, sensors, spirometry, ECG) in clinical research studies from design to close-out.
- Manage project timelines, translations, specifications, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for supported technologies, ensuring compliance with SOPs and ICH/GCP guidelines.
- Collaborate with study teams for both internally sourced and outsourced studies, balancing leadership and oversight.
- Build and enforce standards for tools & systems, lead vendor performance, and support training and education for stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives in global development.
- Ensure quality and compliance when implementing digital tools across trials.
- Act as a patient technology expert, addressing issues raised.
- Responsible for vendor selection of digital tools and technologies, in collaboration with study teams.
- Engage with stakeholders and escalate risks as needed.
- Contribute to protocol development related to digital tools and technologies.
- Lead creation of standards for digital tools and systems, and coordinate vendor performance.
- Manage project plans, risk mitigation, documentation, and budgets.
- Supervise staff directly.
What You\’ll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of digital health technologies, especially eCOA systems development.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate.
- Technical proficiency with trial management systems and Microsoft Project Server.
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines.
- Project management, cross-functional leadership, and organizational skills.
Qualifications include 8+ years of digital health project management experience in pharma and a Bachelorโs degree.
