We are seeking an exceptional Site Trading Manager to lead our online trading strategies, enhance the customer experience, and drive commercial performance. This role involves owning the online customer journey across categories like RTW, Bags, Shoes, and Jewelry, and managing a team of trading specialists.

Responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing innovative trading strategies using data and business insights.
2. Customer Experience: Optimizing the online browsing and purchasing process to increase conversion and revenue.
3. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilizing analytics tools to improve site engagement and performance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with buying, merchandising, marketing, and UX teams to align goals.
5. Site Optimization & Innovation: Leading the use of trading tools and A/B testing to enhance the site experience.
6. Event Planning & Forecasting: Managing trading events and performance forecasting.
7. Team Leadership: Managing and inspiring a team of 10 trading professionals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in ecommerce or site merchandising, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Highly analytical with proficiency in GA4, ContentSquare, and data storytelling.
• Customer-focused with strong cross-team collaboration skills.
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
