Primary Purpose
This role is responsible for achieving the assigned territory sales quota by managing and growing sales of ZOLL’s Public Safety product portfolio through established and new Business Partners.
Tasks
- Sales and Business Development
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the territory.
- Expand ZOLL’s footprint within the public safety market.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing Business Partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new Business Partners to enhance market coverage.
- Provide product training and in-service education to customers and partners.
- Execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and profitability across key market segments.
- Territory Management
- Proactively manage a structured schedule and territory coverage plan.
- Maintain oversight of all active sales opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both existing and prospective accounts.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with growth targets.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate tactical action plans.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing relationship management.
- Sales Operations and Reporting
- Submit required reports, including expense reports and sales forecasts, in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage demonstration and evaluation equipment inventory, ensuring all items are maintained in excellent working condition.
- Represent ZOLL at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions as needed.
- Internal Collaboration
- Provide timely feedback and insights to support cross-functional collaboration.
- Engage regularly with the UK Public Safety Manager and the Public Safety Marketing and Sales Manager to align on strategic initiatives and market feedback.
- Actively participate in EMEA Public Safety team meetings and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in professional territory sales management.
- Experience managing distribution partners.
- Background in capital equipment sales and resuscitation desirable.
- Proactive mentality with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Comfortable planning your own schedule and experience with CRM such as SFDC.
- Proven track record of achieving sales numbers.
