We are looking for a confident Care Professional to join our Responder team. The responder team supports our existing Care Professionals with sickness and holiday cover, ensuring quality care for our clients. You will work closely with the Care team to conduct client reviews and introductions.
This role will help you become familiar with our clients' conditions and complexities, offering great exposure to our quality processes and career development opportunities. You will also mentor new Care Professionals, supporting their journey with Home Instead. This position offers a developmental opportunity for those looking to build on their existing skills.
The shift pattern is 4 days on and 4 days off, covering high-demand times. Guaranteed minimum hours: 23 hours per week, with additional pay for extra hours. Pay rate: between Β£13.50 per hour (higher than normal rates).
