Electrician Position in Social Housing

We are seeking an Electrician to work on a social housing contract with an established housing provider in the East Midlands. This is a temporary contract with the potential for a permanent role. The successful candidate will be expected to work in tenanted social housing properties.

What the Electrician will receive:

• Competitive hourly rate (£ per hour)
• CIS payments available

Responsibilities include:

• Kitchen rewires
• First and second fix installations
• Testing and inspection
• Working in tenanted social housing properties in Long Eaton

Candidate requirements:

• NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification
• Own transport
