Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Assembler Tester to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Pumps Assembly team to produce and assemble high-quality peristaltic pump drives and heads.
• Follow safety protocols and work within manufacturing work cells, calibrating and testing products according to specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
• Implement LEAN production principles to eliminate waste and improve processes continually.
• Manufacture and assemble products in compliance with BOMs, drawings, wiring diagrams, and test specifications.
• Select components for assembly using internal stock control processes.
• Adhere to work instructions, record test results, and report quality issues.
• Manage material replenishment using Kanban signals and prioritize workload via Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system.
• Be flexible in relocating across product cells as needed and assist in training new and existing team members.
• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, champion health and safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process validation, 5S activities, and root cause analysis for process improvements.

Skills/Experience:

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and 5S processes.
• Attention to detail and resourcefulness in process improvement.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands.
