Longhorn Investments is a multi-state, direct hard money lender looking for someone to represent us in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina and surrounding markets. The basic qualifications are below:
- Experience with real estate investing.
- Helpful if applicant is currently an active investor, wholesaler, realtor or hard money/private money loan originator.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work some nights and weekends (REI meetings and conferences).
- Comfortable working on a commission/forgivable draw basis.
Marketing and promotional expenses will be provided. Full operations support in our corporate office. Compensation is based on a percentage of funded loan amounts. Successful Loan Officers in other markets are earning $20,000 - $30,000 monthly with unlimited upside. We are currently looking for a hard-working, sales-oriented, energetic candidate that is passionate about helping clients meet their real estate investing goals! Current book of business is a plus!
