Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements, and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 2,200 electrical tests, 1,000 voids, and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties.
- Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing.
- Fixing leaks and leak detection.
- Installing bath panels, pipe work, taps.
- Providing high levels of customer care at all times.
Role Criteria:
- Experience in Plumbing.
- Social housing experience.
- Experience in another relevant trade.
- A UK full valid driving license.
