Recruiting on behalf of a Facilities Maintenance company for an Authority contract. The role involves managing the delivery of statutory, planned preventative, and reactive maintenance to the contract. Management and coordination of specialist contractors will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of the Contract PPM schedule to ensure statutory and planned maintenance compliance.
- Develop and implement efficiencies to enhance performance.
- Ensure service delivery complies with building regulations, statutory laws, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Act as a key interface with Helpdesk and PPM Coordinator, providing technical support and advice.
- Analyze data to identify underperforming assets and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement health & safety procedures to industry-leading standards.
- Adhere to company policies and promote Interserve values.
- Support the delivery of the hard services budget within margin targets.
- Follow commercial processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
- Experience managing FM services across diverse facilities portfolios.
- Flexible work pattern with frequent site visits and client meetings.
