THE ROLE
- Reporting to our Head of People & Culture you’ll work closely with our People & Culture team to drive people-centric and progressive People initiatives across the business.
- People partnering - be the first line of support for Managers and Employees for your departments, advising and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with your partners and stakeholders, coaching, influencing and challenging their thinking to drive positive change and deliver our organisational objectives.
- Lead the implementations of key people processes and projects, including performance reviews and engagement surveys.
- Contribute to a range of varied and exciting People projects to support delivering our people and company strategies.
- Be a culture ambassador. Support others to role model a culture that is rooted in our purpose and driven by our values and behaviours.
- Help us build a high-performance workplace through supporting our talent management processes.
- Build strong and nurturing relationships to be the ears and the voice of employees within your business areas.
- Support our People team to continually develop progressive people practices. Seek out the right problems and turn them into opportunities.
- Collaborate on the development and facilitation of training.
- Support with maintaining our People systems including PeopleHR, Team Tailor and Lattice.
- Own and support administrative tasks.
- Champion and drive our strategies for employee engagement across all areas of Rapha.
THE CANDIDATE
- Previous experience in a People Partner role. Proven record of being a trusted and go-to People partner.
- Knowledge of People processes, UK employment law and employee relations matters.
- You naturally want to help and support the people around you and be a great relationship builder across all levels of the organisation.
- An excellent communicator, able to simplify complex topics both written and verbally.
- A curious and inquisitive mindset.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Able to constructively challenge and bring new ideas to the table to ensure that we’re always being progressive in our people practices.
- Keen on organisation, and ensuring that everything is in the right place.
- Comfortable with using and presenting data and facts to support and inform your decisions.
- Proactive, hands-on and with high attention to detail.
- Be excited to get involved and be an integral part of creating and maintaining a positive working environment at Rapha.
