Using your previous experience of working in a supported housing environment you will support individuals in our houses who have experienced poor mental health to enable them to move into their own homes.

You must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to contribute positively to a team.

Applicants will need a full current driving licence and access to their own transport for work purposes, as the role will involve travel in and around the East Riding and the ability to respond quickly to situations.
