Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist new patients: Check them in, check them out, and ensure they feel comfortable.
  • New patient acquisition: Prepare paperwork for new patients prior to their first visit, give new patients a tour of the office, review their medical history, establish connections, and educate them on the chiropractic philosophy.
  • Call new patient leads: Reach out to potential patients who have requested an initial appointment or more information.
  • Manage communications: Check voicemails and follow up with missed appointments, setting reminders for future visits.
  • Verify insurance: Complete Navinet/Availity insurance verifications.
  • Assist with financials: Prepare doctor recommendations on an Excel spreadsheet to track patient care plans/financial options.
  • Provide laser therapy: Administer laser sessions to patients when required (training provided).
  • Complete end-of-day processes: Execute the checkout procedure and manage daily cash deposits.
