We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Assembler to join a well-established business based in Mildenhall. This is a full-time, permanent position with standard Monday to Friday hours and an immediate start available.
You will be responsible for assembling electrical and mechanical components, parts, or products using various tools and equipment in line with required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Wiring of complex assemblies/control panels using circuit diagrams
- Mechanical assembly of machines, frames, and associated metal work
- Manufacturing cable looms
- PCB assembly and repair at component level (including surface mount devices)
- Carrying out repairs and modifications following documented procedures
- Quality inspection of wired assemblies
- 12 years experience in electrical and mechanical assembly
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- Problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Salary: Β£12.21 per hour
