Job Description
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Scheduling appointments
- Producing quotes to customers
- Working closely with the retail team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to the relevant departments.
- Participating in product knowledge training and updates to stay informed about our retail offerings.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service representative should have:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Competency in using various forms of technology for customer communication
