We are looking for a warm, confident and flexible Relief Support Worker to work part time providing personalised support to service users with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour. You will be working in a respite service in Runcorn, Cheshire ensuring that users are comfortable, happy and enjoy their stay.

You will have experience working with people with complex health needs but experience working with people with a learning disability is not essential as full training will be provided. This position offers the opportunity to work in an environment that challenges and encourages personal and professional development. Creative Support has obtained Investors in People Silver status and you will receive ongoing training as part of your role.

Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days leave and company paid enhanced DBS.
