About The Role
Our Enterprise Team supports our mission by helping us become the preferred video platform for organizations of all sizes. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will manage the end-to-end process for customer due diligence security questionnaire requests, ensuring a smooth and timely customer journey during deal closure.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to complete customer security questionnaires promptly.
- Implement and streamline internal processes for requesting and responding to security questionnaires.
- Develop and maintain a searchable database of security questionnaire Q&As.
- Assist with optimizing deal closing and invoicing processes, including CPQ, Hubspot, and discount flows.
- Analyze factors affecting win rates and time to close, including security requests.
- Train the sales team on security topics and process adherence.
- Liaise with Engineering Operations to identify and fill security documentation gaps.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in compliance, sales operations, or deal desk roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with CRM systems; Hubspot experience is a plus.
- Experience working in high-growth environments with multitasking demands.
- Proactive, action-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally across regions.
