Salary: From £23,278 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)

Location: Standard Life House, Edinburgh, EH1 2DH

• Based in Edinburgh City Centre; accessible by train or bus; car parking available.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the business, answering customer calls across various skills.
• No sales involved.
• Resolve issues and queries, informing members of policy details in a confident, friendly, and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Entry level; prior customer‑facing experience suffices.
• Listening and communication skills core; communicate complex matters simply and supportively.
• Empathetic problem solving, focusing on finding effective solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail; follow established processes accurately.
• Good PC skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) essential.
