Typical Shifts

• Assist customers with daily living tasks and support plans to promote independence.
• Work various shifts, including overnight, day, and community-based settings.
• Support vulnerable customers in accommodation services, care homes, or in the community.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Support Worker in relevant environments.
• A positive, caring attitude and a desire to make a difference.
• Flexibility to work short notice and in various locations within Birmingham.
• Experience with support plans and effective record-keeping.
