We are seeking dedicated individuals committed to delivering high-quality services to improve outcomes for children. This role involves working within a community setting, managing caseloads, and collaborating with other agencies to ensure the best health outcomes for children and families.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold a SCPHN School Nurse qualification or have this pending
- Excellent communication skills and broad knowledge of community health with children and families
- Solution-focused team player
