Main Duties:
- Analyse and review Profit & Loss statements, investigating discrepancies
- Offer insights and recommend actions to enhance business performance
- Actively contribute to the development of comprehensive budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with operations to identify financial opportunities and mitigate risks
- Participate in client meetings to support business negotiations
- Manage balance sheet control accounts, including prepayments and accruals
- Assess unit business processes to ensure financial compliance
- Supervise monthly billing, assisting operations in generating precise invoices
- Reconcile data between operational platforms and SAP financial systems
- Support the annual audit process and year-end financial closure
- Fulfil ad hoc reporting requests from internal management
Location / Office / Culture
This role is super hybrid with only 1 day required in their modern Worcester office. The other 4 days are working from home! You will be part of a large wider finance team of circa 60.
What We Are Looking For
- Actively studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification or Qualified
- Minimum 2 years’ Management Accounts experience
- Confident and comfortable with Business partnering Opportunities
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Able to adapt easily to a dynamic environment
